Get started quickly
From the homepage there are several easy ways to find products:
Use the search bar in the top right-hand corner to search directly for a specific product.
Looking for inspiration first? Then browse the assortment and select the product category you're interested in.
If you're looking for products that are available immediately, you can view availability by product category at a glance.
🔔 Important to know: To view live availability and place orders directly, you must first log in. So activate your account here or reset your password. From that moment on, you’ll have access to all the features in your personal My Florensis environment.
View products in your preferred display mode
We understand that, on the one hand, it’s helpful to see what a product looks like, but on the other hand, you also want to know when certain products are available. That’s why you can easily switch your view from our standard "Catalogue View" to our clear "Availability View". Your filters will remain active, but the display gives you a different, more practical overview.
Choose your view
Catalogue View: Displays the assortment at series level. Be inspired by beautiful product photos. Found a series you like? Click through to the product detail page, where you'll see a clear overview of all varieties within that series each with its own photo.
Availability View: Instantly see whether products or specific varieties are available at the right time and in the right tray type.
💡Tip: The Availability View is ideal if you're looking for surplus. You can immediately see what’s available and when and add products directly to your order from this view.
Quickly find the right products in the availability view
Search using the search bar
If you roughly know what you're looking for, enter a search term into the search bar at the top of the page to easily find the product you need. All search results are clearly displayed, helping you quickly find what you’re looking for.
💡Good to know: You can search by both product name and product number.
Search using the filters
If you're looking for a product with specific characteristics, it's helpful to use the filters.
Start by selecting an assortment on the homepage (e.g. annuals, biennials, etc.).
You'll see a product list displaying all available series. Refine your results by applying specific filters. For example, are you looking for our new introductions, certain product traits, direct availability, or do you only want to see products from cuttings or seeds? Simply set your preferences, and we’ll clearly show you what’s available.
💡Tip: Combine multiple filters for even faster results.
How to order in 3 simple steps via My Florensis
Have you found the right products? Then placing your order is easy just follow these 3 simple steps.
Step 1: add products to your shopping cart
You can quickly and easily add a product via the availability view. There, you’ll immediately see the stock levels for each variety and product form. Click the green basket icon, and the product will be added directly to your order.
Using the catalogue view? No problem. Simply switch to the availability view in the top right-hand corner your filters will remain active. Alternatively, click on a series and add products from the detail page with just one click into your basket.
Step 2: Easily enter quantities for your products
After adding the desired products, go to the basket icon at the top right of the page, or click “Add quantities” at the bottom right. Enter the required quantity for each product, then click “Proceed to checkout” to select your order.
💡Good to know:
You can also remove products or add extra ones at this stage.
Only products with a quantity entered will actually be ordered. This means you can also use your basket as a selection list products without a quantity will automatically be excluded.
Step 3: Select your order and complete your purchase
Add products to an existing order or create a new one with a recognisable name, such as “Spring Week 15”. This makes it easy to find your order later in My Florensis.
Check that everything is correct and click “Proceed to checkout” or “Add to order” to finalise your purchase.
✅Done! Your order has been placed
Your order is immediately processed in our system, and you will receive a confirmation email straight away. Our customer service team will carefully review your order and send you a final confirmation. This ensures your order has been placed quickly and correctly.
Order placed but forgot something? You can still make changes
As long as the products you ordered haven’t gone into production yet, you can easily adjust your order in My Florensis.
