How to download product photos in 3 steps
Step 1: Find the product
Use the search bar or browse through our range. Not quite sure how to find a product most efficiently? Click here for tips on how to search and filter on the website.
Step 2: Open the product page
Click on the product to open its dedicated page. Below the large product images, you’ll see the “Download high-resolution photos” button. Click on it. This will open the photo download section, where you can view all available images for that product.
Tip: if the button isn’t clickable yet, make sure you’re logged in.
Step 3: Select and download your photos
You’ll now see all available images, more than those shown on the product page. Select the photos you’d like to download and choose a format:
Original (highest quality)
PNG (medium size)
JPEG (small file)
When choosing Original, the download will start automatically. For PNG and JPEG, the image will open in a new tab; right-click the photo and select “Save image as…” to download it.

If you can’t find a specific product photo but would like to receive it, we’re happy to help. Please fill in your details as listed below and send your request to Florensis Photo Service. We’ll get started right away. You may request up to 10 photos.
Include the following information in your request:
Company name
Your name
Your Florensis contact person
Email address
Maximum file size per email
Preferred resolution (high/low)
Type of image (close-up, pot, setting)
Intended use (e.g. brochure, label, website)
*If the requested image type is not available, we will send you the best possible alternative.

You receive our product photos free of charge, provided that you also purchase the corresponding products from Florensis. This way, we ensure the highest quality together in both plants and imagery. By downloading the photos, you agree to our terms of use.
🔔 Please note: the photos may only be used for the purpose specified in advance. Copyright always remains with Florensis. Would you like to use the images for another purpose? Please request permission beforehand.
