Getting Started with My Florensis

At Florensis, we understand that you value clarity, convenience, and ease of use. In My Florensis, you'll find everything you need to efficiently manage your orders, deliveries, and documents in one convenient place.

Good to know: You need an account to log in to your personal My Florensis environment.

How to easily manage your orders in My Florensis

In My Florensis, you’ll find all your placed orders under “Orders”. You can easily modify them, even if they were entered by your sales representative. You can also quickly place a new order or finalise a draft order that was prepared earlier. Ordering has never been easier.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Find your order

Use the filters to quickly locate what you're looking for - for example, by subtitle or delivery week.

Step 2: Edit your order

Found it? Then you can edit the order right away, as long as it hasn’t entered production yet:

  • Add or remove products

  • Change quantities

  • Adjust the delivery week

Creating a new order

Do you know exactly what you need and want to place your order quickly? Then use the Create new order button in the order overview. Here, you can only search via the search bar using the exact product name or article number. This is ideal for quick, targeted orders.

Always have insight into upcoming deliveries and order history

With My Florensis, you always know what will be delivered, when, and where. No surprises just full control over your planning. Easily create your own delivery overview, know exactly what will be delivered, and always have the right information at hand to plan tasks such as labour scheduling and greenhouse space allocation.

Want to repeat a previous order? Use the convenient Copy to order function to quickly create a new order based on a past delivery.

How to easily export your delivery overview:

Step 1: Go to “Deliveries” in My Florensis and sort

All your deliveries are clearly listed in one place. You can easily sort them by period, order title, product group, series, article number, or delivery address.

Tip: For faster results, always set a specific time period. This allows the system to load only part of your order history and provides a quicker overview.

Step 2: View the results

You’ll now see a clear overview of all deliveries that match your filters. Want to export only part of it? Further adjust the filters or manually tick the products you want to include.

Step 3: Export your overview or reorder

Click on ‘Export’ and choose your preferred format: Excel, CSV or email file.

Tip: Click on ‘Copy to Order’ and your selection will be converted into a new order for the next season. Please note: you still need to confirm and place the order.

Step 4: Done

Your delivery overview is now available in your downloads folder.

Always have the right documents at hand

With My Florensis, all your invoices, transport documents, order confirmations and supplier declarations are neatly organised in one central location. You always work with the most up-to-date version of each document, helping to prevent errors or confusion caused by outdated information. Your documents are easy to find, always up to date, and instantly available whenever you need them.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Go to “Documents” in My Florensis

You’ll immediately see an overview of all your documents.

Step 2: Find the right document

At the top, select the type of document you’re looking for (such as order confirmations). You can sort by order title, order number, year, or file name.

Step 3: Download with a single click

Click the black “Download” button next to the document to have it ready instantly.

Easily request packaging returns in My Florensis

With My Florensis, you can easily request the return of empty packaging materials. Whether it concerns CC trolleys, shelves, trays or pallets – simply enter what you want to return, from which address it should be collected, and any additional comments.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Go to “Return packaging request” in My Florensis

You’ll find this section under “Returns” in your My Florensis account. Here you can easily submit your return request.

Step 2: Enter the quantities

Specify the number of units you wish to return for each packaging type.

Step 3: Select the collection address and add a comment

Choose the address where we can collect the packaging. Optionally, add a comment for example, specific instructions for the driver.

Step 4: Submit your request

Click “Submit request” and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your request is being processed.
